Job summary

Quail Ridge is seeking an experienced bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will build relationships with members, anticipate preferences, and deliver professional, personalized service in a private club setting.

You will master cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, maintain bar cleanliness, and support private events. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required; certifications in responsible alcohol service are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of bartending in upscale settings.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer.
• Excellent communication and discreet service.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to members and their guests.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages according to Quail Ridge standards.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and manage opening/closing procedures.
• Assist with private events and member functions as needed.
