Job summary

Hershey Entertainment and Resorts is seeking a part-time team member for Devon Seafood + Steak in Hershey, PA. You will prepare seafood and premium steak dishes per recipes, while upholding food safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include cooking, plating, station setup, inventory support, and assisting with training. Flexible hours, including mornings and evenings, may apply.

• Ability to manage multiple prep tasks and stations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items according to prep sheets and standardized recipes with speed and consistency.
• Regularly clean and sanitize the work area to maintain a safe and clean workspace.
• Prepare, cook, plate, garnish, and expedite food for service.
• Store all food products following guidelines and rotate stock.
• Minimize waste and ensure products are prepared per recipe and guidelines.
• Maintain communication with front of house staff for timely service.
• Assist with training newer staff in processes and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
