Job summary

Devon Seafood + Steak at Hersheypark is seeking a part-time team member to assist in food production and support the culinary team with various tasks. The role emphasizes adherence to recipes, speed, and food safety in a refined dining environment.

Responsibilities include preparing items to spec, maintaining a clean workstation, and helping with inventory and training while supporting front-of-house communication for timely service. Flexible hours and a dining-forward culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• ServSafe certification or ability to pass ServSafe.
• Average to above knife skills and culinary pace.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain workstation.
• Able to work 2–3 stations with minimal assistance.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, plate, and expedite food according to recipes.
• Ensure food safety guidelines are followed at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Store products properly and rotate stock as needed.
• Assist with training new staff and support kitchen operations.
• Communicate with front of house to ensure timely service.
