Position details: Location 401 Church St, Nashville; Hours vary, weekends needed; Pay rate $20–$22 per hour. Join a growing company committed to developing its people and promoting from within.

Qualifications

• Must pass the federally mandated E-verify process.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a professional restaurant kitchen.
• Must have an understanding of proper use and maintenance of major kitchen equipment.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel and guests.
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Able to conduct yourself in a positive and professional manner under all circumstances, including in a high paced environment.
• Baking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads.
• Perform minor machine maintenance and prep for production.
• Assist with plating and garnishing of dishes and prepare garnishes for hot menu items.
