88 Tactical is seeking a dependable Full-Time Line Cook for the Founders Club, our exclusive members-only restaurant and bar. You will prepare menu items, manage stations, and support private events in a fast-paced, upscale setting.

Join a team that values quality, efficiency, and safety in a 63,000-square-foot facility offering dining, entertainment, and training experiences. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Competenze

• Previous line cook experience in a professional kitchen.
• Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Mansioni

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and quality expectations.
• Independently manage assigned kitchen stations while collaborating with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Set up, stock, and maintain assigned kitchen stations before, during, and after service.
• Execute food orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining consistency during busy service periods.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, storage, and temperature-control procedures.
• Assist with daily food preparation, portioning, and inventory rotation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership and fellow team members to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with private events, special menus, and other culinary operations as needed.
• Complete assigned opening, closing, and cleaning responsibilities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
