Job summary

88 Tactical is seeking a dependable and hardworking Prep Cook / Line Cook to join the Founders Club culinary team. This position supports daily food preparation and works assigned stations during service to help maintain efficient Back of House operations.

Typical shifts are 7:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., and the ideal candidate performs well in a fast-paced environment, works with a team, and takes pride in consistent food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and organization.

Qualifications

• Previous prep/line cook experience preferred but not required.
• Availability to work typical 7:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. shifts.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays as needed.
• Ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures consistently.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proteins, vegetables, sauces, dressings, and garnishes per recipes.
• Complete daily prep lists accurately and efficiently.
• Set up and stock stations before service.
• Cook items according to tickets and presentation standards.
• Manage multiple orders with accuracy and timely service.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and proper food safety practices.
• Label, date, store, and rotate inventory using FIFO.
• Assist with dishwashing and other kitchen tasks as needed.
