Catch Hospitality Group in Scottsdale is seeking a Line Cook for our upscale/fine dining concept. You will cook menu items assigned to your station, support the kitchen team, and help ensure dishes meet high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Have an excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
• Execute assigned tasks with precision and speed in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Have effective communication skills.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Cook menu items assigned to station
• Be mindful of special requests and dietary restrictions
• Ensure dishes meet quality standards and adhere to recipes
• Assist sous chefs and head chef in the kitchen
• Disposes spoiled food and other waste material
• Maintains cleanliness and ensures that the kitchen is compliant with health and safety regulations
• Reports any issues with kitchen equipment to management
