Job summary

Great Wolf is seeking a Restaurant Line Cook in Scottsdale, AZ. The role involves preparing foods per executive recipes, maintaining sanitation, and delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment.

Position offers full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling with competitive pay and benefits including health, 401K, and vacation. You will work with multiple kitchen stations and support the culinary team to meet guest expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or experience in a similar role.
• Two years cooking experience in a restaurant or hotel environment preferred.
• Ability to operate POS and kitchen display systems.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and follow all department operating procedures and daily logs.
• Prepare food items per recipes, adjust for flavor with supervisor guidance.
• Coordinate with kitchen leadership for prep and shift end tasks.
• Ensure sanitation and food safety standards are met consistently.
• Assist with various kitchen stations as needed (Pantry, Fryer, Grill, Sauté, etc.).
• Support chef and sous-chef to ensure smooth shift operations.
