The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of fine-dining server experience, knowledge of wine and cocktails, and a polished, friendly demeanor. You will seat guests, take orders, and ensure presentation meets Max a Mia’s high standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of server experience in fine dining or upscale-casual settings.
• Knowledge of wine and cocktails with ability to recommend pairings.
• Experience with high-volume service and POS systems.
• Strong communication and a polished, friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Accurately take orders and relay to kitchen/bar with care.
• Ensure orders are delivered per presentation standards.
• Manage special requests, allergies, and dietary restrictions.
• Recommend food and wine pairings and daily specials.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area; reset tables as needed.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management for smooth service.
