Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent experience in fine dining or upscale-casual serving is REQUIRED.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and seafood menu offerings is a must.
• Experience with high-volume, fast-paced service while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and ensure guests feel welcome and well attended.
• Take accurate orders and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar.
• Manage dietary restrictions and allergies and relay them to the kitchen.
• Deliver food and drinks to guests meeting presentation standards.
• Recommend wine/beverage pairings and assist with recommendations.
