Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Associate at The Hotel at Avalon to assist the Outlet Manager and servers, maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment and delivering stellar service to guests.

Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, stocking stations, serving beverages and bread, and transporting tableware to the dishwashing area, with attendance and flexibility for regular shifts. Benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Ability to move or push items up to 150 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty tables and reset service ware quickly.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness at stations for all meal periods.
• Serve guests with beverages, bread and butter; replenish as needed.
• Transport dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area.
