Responsibilities

• Set up, break down, and reset the In Room Dining service station.
• Answer and take phone orders using proper standards.
• Deliver friendly service to guests in their rooms.
• Deliver spa baskets and amenities in a timely manner.
• Pick-up and remove dirty trays.
• Prepare beverages for guests.
