Job summary

Omni Frisco Hotel is seeking a server for the Neighborhood Services restaurant. You will greet guests, take orders, and provide courteous service in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

The role requires knowledge of menu items, accuracy with MICROS, and the ability to communicate clearly in English with guests and colleagues. You will support service readiness, handle payments, and maintain clean work areas throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year serving experience, high volume sports/live entertainment bar preferred.
• Unexpired Food Handlers and TABC required or obtained upon hire.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer; experience presenting cocktails.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Clear, pleasant English communication with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide courteous, genuine service in Neighborhood Services.
• Take orders, answer questions, and suggest menu items and daily specials.
• Communicate meal requirements and allergies to the culinary team.
• Record orders in MICROS and adhere to cash handling standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Assist with station setup/breakdown and other duties as assigned.
