Job summary

Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa is hiring a full-time server for The Apron, our dining venue. You will greet guests, take orders, suggest menu items, and ensure accurate order delivery with friendly, attentive service.

Familiarity with MICROS and cash handling is required, as is the ability to work weekends and holidays in a high-volume setting. Proven knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer will help you excel, along with excellent English communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year serving experience in high-volume settings.
• Clear and pleasant English communication with guests and colleagues.
• Developed knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer; ability to present cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide superior customer service.
• Take orders, answer questions, and suggest menu items.
• Record transactions and process payments using MICROS.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow service standards.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
