Job summary

Hudson House Frisco is seeking an attentive Server to deliver thoughtful food and beverage service with genuine hospitality in a fast-paced, upscale setting. You will maintain knowledge of the menu, answer guest questions, and ensure seamless dining experiences from arrival to departure.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for wine, beer, and cocktails. TABC certification and state-required service credentials are preferred. Flexible schedules offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive attitude and reliability as a team member.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Experience in a full-service upscale high-volume establishment preferred.
• Willing to complete product knowledge quizzes.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, and craft cocktails is a plus.
• TABC Certification as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Uphold a high level of hospitality and professionalism with every guest and team member.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, including ingredients and dietary restrictions.
• Follow all steps of service with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Execute opening and closing procedures for the assigned station to ensure readiness and smooth operations.
• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with the entire team to support a seamless service experience.
• Assist in creating a memorable and valuable experience for every guest throughout their visit.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints with grace, professionalism, and genuine hospitality, accommodating special requests when possible.
• Participate in ongoing food, wine, and team training opportunities to continually refine knowledge and elevate performance.
