Job summary

Renaissance Honolulu Hotel & Spa is seeking a server to deliver exceptional dining experiences with attentive, knowledgeable service in our hotel restaurant. You will guide guests through menu selections, present checks, and ensure timely, accurate service while maintaining high standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of full-service dining experience, familiarity with wine and cocktails, and the flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Experience in upscale, hotel, or high-volume dining environments.
• Knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktails.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Current food safety and alcohol service certifications as required by state and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly, and professional service to every guest.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu, wine, beer, and spirits.
• Guide guests through menu selections and pairing suggestions.
• Take and enter orders accurately into the POS system.
