Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a dedicated server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service across multiple areas including the restaurant and in-room dining. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food, handling payments, and ensuring cleanliness and organization in service areas.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of fine dining experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age (to serve alcohol).
• 2 years’ experience in fine dining or upscale service environment.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests promptly and courteously.
• Take food and beverage orders and input orders into POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
