Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• One+ years experience as a Food Server in a high-volume, upscale hotel or restaurant environment.
• Thorough knowledge of food terminology, food service techniques and sanitation standards.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests politely and according to Loews standards.
• Suggestively sell menu items to enhance dining experience.
• Record guest orders accurately in the POS system.
• Coordinate order placement to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
• Inspect presentation of food items to ensure quality for guests.
