Job summary

Loews Miami Beach Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver exemplary service in a fast-paced dining environment on a premier oceanfront property in South Beach. You will greet guests, present menus, take and relay orders, and ensure accuracy and presentation.

You will build guest rapport, handle dietary requests, and work closely with kitchen and bar teammates. We offer competitive benefits, paid time off, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40-50 pounds as needed.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations.
• Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar.
• Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked.
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties.
• Support team members to ensure timely and coordinated service.
