Qualifications

• Experience delivering food and beverage service in a restaurant, lounge, or resort setting.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 40-50 pounds and carry trays.

Responsibilities

• Greet pool guests and provide menus, towels, or basic assistance as needed.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay to bar/kitchen.
• Deliver items in a timely and polished manner.
• Monitor sections and anticipate guest needs for continuous service.
• Maintain knowledge of pool menus, specials, and seasonal offerings.
• Process payments for checks, room charges, and card transactions.
