Job summary

White Lodging is hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily food and beverage operations at one of our premium hotel restaurants. This full-time role requires a hands-on leader who builds strong teams, drives guest satisfaction, and delivers operational excellence across all shifts.

You will manage P&L, control labor and food costs, mentor staff, and partner with kitchen and service teams to create memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading food and beverage operations in hotels or premium restaurants.
• Ability to manage P&L, labor, and food costs to drive profitability.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations across every shift.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and high-quality service and presentation.
• Lead daily management tasks including payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
• Mentor and develop the team to deliver upscale service.
• Identify and solve operational challenges in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate with kitchen and FOH to create seamless dining experiences.
