Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Answer telephones and transfer calls.
• Provide concierge and reservations assistance when necessary.
• Welcome guests to the resort and direct them accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Front Office areas.
