Spa Ojai is looking for a dedicated Experience Planner to create memorable visits for guests through exceptional service and support with reservations and local activities. This role requires handling guest inquiries with a warm demeanor and keen attention to detail.

The successful candidate will have a solid background in customer service, preferably in hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. An understanding of local attractions and a commitment to exceptional guest service are key.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a customer service oriented position.
• Prior experience handling high phone call volume.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide a ‘Welcome and Cared For’ experience to guests.
• Assist with scheduling activities and reservations.
• Maintain complete knowledge of hotel features and services.
