White Lodging seeks a Food and Beverage Manager to lead daily operations at East Town Kitchen & Bar, inside the Marriott Milwaukee, in downtown Milwaukee, WI. You will oversee front-of-house and kitchen operations, drive guest satisfaction, manage P&L, and develop a high-performing F&B team.

The ideal candidate has restaurant/hotel F&B leadership experience in a high-volume upscale setting, with a passion for hospitality and a track record of operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in food and beverage operations is required.
• Ability to manage restaurant P&L, control labor and food costs, and drive profitability in a high-volume upscale setting.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a solutions-oriented attitude.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations to ensure guest satisfaction and quality across every shift.
• Manage compliance with processes to maintain a guest-first premium dining environment.
• Lead daily restaurant management responsibilities including P&L oversight, financial reporting, payroll, and scheduling.
