White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager for East Town Kitchen & Bar inside the Marriott Milwaukee.

You will oversee restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations, drive guest satisfaction, manage P&L, and lead a high-performing team in a premium hotel dining environment. The role requires leadership experience in hospitality, a proven track record of profitability, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership or supervisory experience in food & beverage operations.
• Proven ability to manage restaurant P&L, labor and food costs, and drive profitability.
• Passion for hospitality with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations across shifts.
• Manage compliance with processes to maintain a guest-first premium dining environment.
• Lead daily management duties including P&L oversight, financial reporting, payroll, and scheduling.
• Mentor and develop your team to deliver exceptional service.
• Identify and solve operational challenges in a fast-paced setting.
