Job summary

Le Meridien Stoneleigh in Dallas is seeking an attentive Bartender to assist in serving guests and maintaining an inviting bar experience. You will prepare garnishes, pour drinks, monitor stock, and ensure bar area cleanliness and compliance with health codes.

Ideal candidates have hotel or bar experience, strong guest communication, and the physical ability to lift up to 150 lbs and work in refrigerated environments. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Must communicate well with guests.
• Basic mathematical skills for proper delivery amounts and portion sizes.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to handle glassware, knives, and stocking.
• Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments and understand labeling instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartender in serving guests and maintaining bar area.
• Retrieve orders from storeroom and check stock against requisition.
• Prepare garnishes, pour juices, and stock back-up supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigeration, and storage areas to health codes.
• Operate taps, replace kegs, and assist with general bar operations.
