Job summary

Le Meridien Stoneleigh in Dallas is seeking a Bartender Assistant to ensure a seamless guest experience at the Lions Den and Bar Leonessa. You will support the bartender, prepare garnishes, manage stock, and help maintain a pristine bar area in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have hotel/restaurant experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle busy periods while maintaining precision in portions and service.

Qualifications

• Hotel/restaurant experience preferred.
• Must communicate well with guests.
• Basic math skills for proper deliveries and portions.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs. with or without accommodations.
• Comfort working in temperature-controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartender in serving guests and maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Retrieve orders from storeroom and check stock for accuracy.
• Prepare garnishes, slice fruits, and pour juices as needed.
• Keep bar area, beer lockers, refrigeration, and storage clean per health codes.
• Scooping ice, replenishing supplies, and stocking beer taps as required.
• Follow attendance rules and be available for regular shifts.
