Job summary

Le Meridien Stoneleigh in Dallas’s Uptown is seeking a guest-focused server to support the Outlet Manager and Restaurant Servers, ensuring a clean, welcoming dining room and timely service.

You will clear tables, reset service ware, maintain station stock, and assist with beverages and dining sequence while upholding Marriott standards. This role emphasizes teamwork in a tipped environment and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Ability to move or push goods up to 150 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager and servers in maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area and providing stellar guest service.
• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting; reset service ware.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations; serve beverages, bread, and butter, and replenish as needed.
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area and support overall operations as assigned.
