Qualifications

• Ability to set up meeting rooms to guest specifications; physical activity involved.
• Lift and move tables, chairs, podiums up to 100 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication; adapt style for audience.
• Coordinate with supervisors and peers to ensure smooth operations.
• Support other duties as assigned during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up all meeting rooms per guest specifications, including mobility of heavy items.
• Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses and water.
• Break down rooms after meetings and return items to storage for next use.
• Maintain cleaning schedule for rooms and ballrooms to keep spaces presentable.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Assist with any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
