Hyatt Regency Dallas is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our award-winning team. You will craft drinks, read the room, and deliver consistently high-quality cocktails in a fast-paced hotel bar.

Ideal candidates hold current TABC and Food Handler certifications, 2–3 years in a high-volume setting, and a passion for mixology. You’ll upsell thoughtfully, work nights and weekends, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Current TABC and Food Handler certifications.
• 2–3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and modern mixology trends.
• Ability to upsell naturally and read guests.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory basics.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized bar.

Responsibilities

• Provide drinks and customized recommendations to guests.
• Upsell beverages in a natural, unobtrusive manner.
• Maintain an attractive, clean bar area.
