Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts seeks a bar operations team member to support bartenders in delivering exceptional guest experiences at The Stoneleigh in Dallas. You will assist with bar service, garnishing, and maintaining a clean, stocked bar area to ensure smooth service during shifts.

Applicants should have hospitality experience, strong guest communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Must communicate well with guests.
• Basic mathematical skills necessary to ensure proper delivery amounts and understand portion sizes.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to use a knife, glassware and bottles, scoop ice, tap kegs and stock items.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves orders from storeroom and checks items against requisitions.
• Cuts, slices and peels garnishes; mixes and pours juices accurately.
• Maintains cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers and refrigeration to health codes.
• Scoops ice, replenishes containers and transports supplies.
• Transports taps, replaces kegs, performs routine maintenance as needed.
• Complies with attendance rules and is available to work regularly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
