HEI Hotels & Resorts seeks a hospitality-focused bartender to provide warm, attentive service at Hotel Crescent Court in Dallas. You will prepare and present drinks, greet guests, and uphold standards of quality and safety while supporting a smooth bar operation.

Qualifications

• Hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent guest communication and service.
• Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and service of alcoholic drinks.
• Basic math for cash handling and POS operations.
• Dexterity to handle bar tools and stock.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bar setup and stock beverages, garnishes, and supplies.
• Greet guests and take drink orders, preparing and presenting drinks.
• Comply with all state and corporate requirements for serving alcohol.
• Input orders in POS and balance cash and vouchers.
• Lock and secure equipment and deposits.
• Attend shifts as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
