Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in an upscale environment is highly preferred.
• Organizational skills are essential.
• Must adhere to all company-specific safety policies.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work cooperatively with team members.
• Able to take directions and constructive feedback from Management.
• Must have open availability including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet, and interact with guests in a professional, friendly and hospitable manner.
• Direct guests to the appropriate destination.
• Coordinate special events and manage crowd control.
• Perform administrative responsibilities as required.
• Assist when needed in table settings and general dining room duties.
• Communicate any issues to Management.
• Resolve guest inquiries, situations and/or complaints with appropriate departments.
• Ensure guests adhere to Rainbow Room dress code standards.
