Qualifications

• Fine dining expertise.
• Exceptional interpersonal verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service with VIP clientele experience.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Past customer service in upscale environments preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet and interact with members and their guests in a professional, friendly and hospitable manner.
• Direct guests to the appropriate destination.
• Coordinate special events and manage crowd control.
• Perform administrative responsibilities as required.
• Assist with table settings and dining room duties as needed.
• Communicate issues to Management and resolve guest inquiries or complaints.
• Adhere to Rainbow Room dress code standards and adjust table settings as requested.
• Maintain composure in high-stress situations while remaining personable.
