You will work closely with Dining Club management to welcome guests on the mezzanine and attend to member preferences, coordinating events and ensuring smooth operations.

The role requires a polished, professional demeanor, the ability to manage high-stress situations, and a strong commitment to hospitality excellence in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Fine dining expertise required.
• Exceptional interpersonal verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service experience with VIP clientele.
• Fast-paced environment experience; able to multi-task under pressure while detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet and interact with members and their guests in a professional, friendly and hospitable manner.
• Direct guests to the appropriate destination.
• Coordinate special events and manage crowd control.
• Perform administrative responsibilities as required.
• Assist when needed in table settings and general dining room duties.
• Communicate any issues to Management.
• Resolve guest inquiries, situations and/or complaints with appropriate departments.
• Maintain Rainbow Room Dress Code Standards.
• Adjust table settings as needed during events.
• Handle guest demands hospitably and professionally.
