Job summary

Inn on Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC is seeking a friendly Hotel Concierge to provide world-class guest service. You will respond to guest inquiries, arrange activities, and promote estate offerings to enrich the visitor experience.

You will make pre-arrival calls, describe events, and assist with reservations, tours, and recommendations. Strong communication and multitasking are essential as you collaborate with departments and external vendors to anticipate needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED) required; additional education preferred.
• At least 1 year in guest service, admin, sales or reservations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn hotel ticketing and reservations systems.
• Ability to multi-task and handle guest requests quickly.
• Evening and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Act as ambassador for Biltmore and Asheville.
• Make pre-arrival guest calls.
• Describe events, activities, and offerings.
• Give tours and show guest rooms.

• Provide driving directions and recommendations.
