The Biltmore Company is seeking an Inn Concierge for the Biltmore Estate on a part-time basis. The role focuses on delivering world-class guest service, assisting with reservations, and guiding visitors through estate activities in Asheville and surrounding areas. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in guest service, with 2+ years preferred in upscale environments.

Evening and weekend availability are required, with shifts roughly 7am–11pm. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of guest service, administrative, sales or reservations experience.
• 2+ years in guest service in upscale attractions desirable.
• Proven commitment to world-class guest service.

Responsabilités

• Acts as liaison for guests—ambassador for Biltmore and the community at large.
• Make pre-arrival guest calls.
• Know and describe all events, activities, and offerings of the Hotel and Estate.
• Give tours/show guest rooms.
• Provide a strong, positive, and welcoming front-of-house image for hotel guests by being extremely personable.
• Guest Services including: fulfilling requests, making reservations, arranging childcare, providing directions, handling complaints, describing area attractions, restaurants, shopping and entertainment, and delivering items to rooms.
• Network and provide innovative ideas to enhance services and stay ahead of industry standards.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and replenish as required.
• Establish strong relationships with area service providers (ticket agencies, carriers, suppliers, restaurants, transportation, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of all activities taking place at the hotel or Estate.
