The Château Tier Concierge at Biltmore Estate provides exceptional guest service, handling arrivals, departures and information requests with a warm, professional demeanor.

This full-time role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to upsell and tailor experiences for guests visiting Asheville and Western North Carolina. Weekend/holiday availability is required; schedule generally 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; additional education preferred.
• 1 year of guest service/front desk/concierge experience; 2 years preferred.
• Ability to learn Biltmore's ticketing/reservations systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional appearance.

Mansioni

• Manage daily guest arrivals and departures with Forbes standards of service.
• Provide information on estate activities, local area, and outlets.
• Assist with reservations, directions, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate with departments and vendors to resolve guest needs.
