Soho House in New York City is seeking a Bellman to welcome and assist members and guests with luggage, directions, and local recommendations. You will act as a liaison between staff, members, and guests, ensuring a refined and welcoming experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a similar role, enjoy fast-paced environments, and are flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays. A professional image and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a similar role or customer-facing position.
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Bell service duties: luggage handling, storage, message delivery, parcel/mail handover and related tasks.
• Greet members and guests, open doors, assist with luggage, and deliver to guest rooms after check-in.
• Address guests by name when possible and provide property information professionally.
• Attend daily meetings to stay updated on hours, outlets, events, and access restrictions.
• Promote Soho House offerings and support sales through relationship building with members and guests.
• Arrange car service or transportation suggestions for guests.
• Maintain a tidy, safe environment and present a polished image per standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
