Qualifications

• Prior bellman, guest service, or customer-facing hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and a genuinely friendly, professional presence.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs safely.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and departure, setting a welcoming tone.
• Transport luggage safely between entrance, front desk, and guest rooms.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide a brief orientation to features and services.
• Tag, log, and secure stored luggage; assist with rideshare and transportation questions.
• Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
