Job summary

Resorts World NYC is seeking a courteous Bell Attendant to welcome guests, assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms, and inform them about hotel services and amenities. You will maintain a positive attitude, ensure safety guidelines, and coordinate with team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with transportation needs, retrieving luggage, and staying knowledgeable about local attractions and property offerings.

Responsibilities
