Qualifications

• 1 year Front Office Management experience in upscale hotel.
• Proven leadership and ability to train and motivate staff.
• Excellent English communication skills with guests and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays, including overnight shifts.

• Maintain Four Diamond standards and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee front office operations and guest check-in/out procedures.
