Job summary

Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia in Paradise Valley, AZ is seeking a Part-Time Host-Greeter to deliver warm, personalized guest service and manage reservations with a friendly demeanor.

You will maintain dining room standards, greet guests, seat at tables, and coordinate with the FOH team while upholding safety and sanitation guidelines. Flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays are required; Serve Safe certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on food and beverage knowledge in hospitality.
• Fine dining host experience preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication in English with guests and staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Maintain professional appearance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Serve Safe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service standards and hotel policies.
• Adhere to health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Answer phone, manage reservations, greet and seat guests.
• Keep restaurant host stand and guest entrance organized.
• Ensure clean and well-arranged dining spaces and equipment.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings and coordinate with team.
• Provide warm, personalized guest service and resolve issues to delight guests.
