Job summary

You will coach front desk colleagues, manage schedules, monitor check-in/check-out processes in Opera, and ensure compliance with cash handling, reporting, and safety procedures while delivering a warm, welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year Front Office Management experience preferred.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to train and motivate staff.
• Clear and pleasant communication in English with guests and staff.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Four Diamond standards and guest satisfaction are met.
• Oversee check-in/check-out procedures and staff performance.
• Understand and operate cash handling processes and banking.
• Train and coach front office associates; conduct performance evaluations.
• Schedule and monitor staffing levels; cover shifts as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and protect assets.
