Qualifications

• Two years of hospitality experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-first mindset.
• Stay organized, proactive, and professional in appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents and visitors with a pleasant attitude.
• Log packages, coordinate amenities, and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor lobby flow and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Respond promptly to residents’ and guests’ requests with discretion.
