Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Food Server in fine dining or upscale environments.
• Knowledge of food and wine pairings and menu items is preferred.
• Strong guest-service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and present menus with knowledge of offerings and pairings.
• Take accurate orders via POS and relay to kitchen staff.
• Serve courses promptly while upholding fine dining standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and address requests proactively.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and dining area.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit responsibly.
• Collaborate with culinary and FOH teams for smooth service.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and side work.
