This role offers growth opportunities across four restaurants and a focus on hospitality excellence. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills; ability to understand and convey information clearly.
• Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment; familiarity with food service regulations is preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays; pass pre-employment background checks.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests, seat them, and promptly serve drinks.
• Take and enter beverage orders; make informed food and beverage recommendations.
• Provide exceptional service by checking on guests, refilling drinks, and addressing concerns; escalate as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant and tables; clear and set efficiently.
• Follow safety and alcohol awareness procedures and complete side work assignments.
