Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine desire to provide a memorable guest experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus with knowledge of offerings, daily specials, ingredients, and wine pairings.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system and communicate to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve meals and beverages adhering to fine dining service standards and proper table settings.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and dining area; manage checkout and payments responsibly.
• Collaborate with culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate to management when needed.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and dining area setup/breakdown.
