Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, NV is seeking a Food Server for our Oyster/Sushi Bar. You will provide attentive table service, greet guests, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience.

The role requires knowledge of food, liquor and wine, a focus on presentation, and adherence to health standards. Prior restaurant experience and grooming standards are essential, with opportunities for growth within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food, presentation, liquor and wine.
• Alcohol Awareness Card Required.
• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred.
• Must adhere to grooming standards, no visible tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating customers.
• Provide exceptional table service.
• Answer menu questions.
• Taking beverage and food orders.
• Delivering drink and food orders, refilling drinks.
• Making food recommendations and providing attentive service to diners.
• Maintaining a pleasant dining atmosphere.
• Checking up on guests during meals.
• Performing cleaning duties at service stations, around the kitchen and in the dining area.
• End-of-shift closeout tasks.
