Responsabilidades

• Confirm accuracy and presentation of food orders and deliver to guests.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and allergens to answer questions confidently.
• Monitor and observe dining experience and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with front-of-house and kitchen regarding special requests.
• Support Captains and Bar in delivering world-class service, attentiveness, and discretion.
• Participate in daily lineups, trainings, and menu briefings.
